5 DAY ADVANCED COMPLEX
CARE TRAINING

Overview

The current COVID -19 pandemic has left many people with no choice but to make drastic changes in their lifestyle, careers and overall way of life. Many people have lost their jobs, businesses left with little opportunities to be re-employed in the same areas they had previously utilised their skills and knowledge.

But challenging times often bring opportunities to start new careers and to do things that we did not have the time or courage to do before. Disability work is a growing sector providing many people with the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.

Aligned to the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework’s Practice Standards, this 2-day workshop aims to upskill existing disability workers with the high intensity, specialty skills and expertise to deliver services to clients with complex needs.

Who is this for?

Based on this feedback from the disability sector SET2LEARN has developed an Intensive 5-day course to prepare future workers to enter the disability sector.  This program will build participants’ skills and knowledge to get NDIS job ready.
